Scammers: AVOID
25 March: order placed.
6 April: Order never received and item now showing as "unavailable". Contacted Zoom via website to ask for update. Abigail from Zoom responded that they would chase.
9 April: No response - email sent requesting cancellation. Abigail from Zoom confirmed the order would be cancelled but no refund was received.
21 April: Email chaser to Zoom and Abigail responded to say she would chase it up and said they "had technical issues".
4 May - still no order and still no refund - website down - emailed you again to say that unless I received a refund by 8th May, I would report it to my card issuer.
No response, so I contacted my credit card issuer for a refund. Refund received from card issuer but I have now heard that Zoom are disputing this, alleging that I provided no evidence despite the exchanges of emails! So, I might still be charged £60 for an item which I have never received.
Basically these guys are scammers. AVOID.
No assistance whatsoever
No assistance whatsoever. Tried upgrading to Pro and was stuck on the payment page for ages. When I tried calling customer service I was passed from billing to support back billing and then support - not one person had a clue. I'm moving back to Skype. Zoom sucks!
Zero customer service!
Zero customer service absolutely awful company. Placed order on 7th April still not received the items sending messages daily only to be told a customer service advisor will get back to me finally received a reply today (25th April) informing me the items are out of stock how can all 5 items be out of stock???? Never again will I order anything from this company. No phone number so can't speak to anyone requested call backs no one has bothered to call me. Avoid the company at all costs!

Bunch of scammers and I'm convinced their inventory is totally made up having looked at other reviews. Purchased a book as a gift. 2 weeks of no dispatch or tracking information when I paid for Royal Mail tracked delivery. Several emails later their customer services tells me the book I ordered doesn't even exist! It's a "reprint and we do not know when it will be reprinted". They offered me a refund which I accepted and didn't receive. A month later and several emails from them saying "sorry for the delay" I opened a case with PayPal and was refunded straight away. Zoom.co.uk are just crooks.

Refund processed eventually
Ordered through this company against my better judgement but the album I was looking for was available. When an album arrived, it was by a different artist and on reviewing my order, there was no image or artist listed on the confirmation of my order. I raised this with zoom.co.uk and communication was very slow. No number to call and each response took a week. Eventually I sent back the album - at my cost, which was signed for by zoom.co.uk but despite promising a refund, nothing has arrived and they do not respond to me emails. Do yourself a favor and forget ordering through this company. It truly is the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Update. Refund eventually processed but I still wouldn’t recommend them. Comms were awful throughout. Be prepared to email many more times than the replies you receive.

If you want to understand Zoom.co.uk read all the other recent reviews... it's a scam, we already know that and they don't reply to support emails.
What I recommend is to request money back via your bank - this may take 3-6 months but is your best option. Alternatively here is the email address of the customer support manager (that they don't want you to have!). Have a go at requesting a refund but don't expect one haha

No item sent, no refund given - AVOID
Placed an advance order in Sept 2021 - the release date for said item came and went in Nov 2021 so I chased up in Dec asking where my refund was. An automated reply saying someone was looking into it, but nothing else. 3 months later, STILL nothing. This used to be a good website when Universal ran it, but since they sold it off it seems the new owners are happy to take people's money and run. Do not spend your money here, there are far more reputable websites out there who deserve your money and offer great customer service.
Shockingly bad service
Shockingly bad service. Placed and order and paid for express shipping and like many others are saying received nothing, no response to any contact made until I opened a case with PayPal to get a refund and low and behold a message from their “customer services” saying they would look into my problem swiftly followed by a refund from PayPal. Honestly do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere it’s a lot less hassle.
AVOID - order not delivered and not responding to emails.
Ordered a book on 29 Jan - still not arrived on 17 Feb. Emailed 3 times but nobody responds. I wish I had seen their reviews before ordering. AVOID if you don't want to get scammed.

Would rate 0 if I could. Do not purchase anything from this company. They do not post your item and do not respond to your emails. A complete scam.
Item not received, ignored by customer service
I placed an order with them in November for a Christmas present which has yet to arrive (2 months later). I've been regularly emailing them and submitting forms via their website since and have yet to receive any response at all, let alone a refund for my order. It seems like I'm not the only one to have this issue though, but it seems like a few other 1-star reviews have gotten their attention which, to be honest, is all I'm really hoping for by writing this.

Similar story to everyone else, goods paid for but not dispatched. No replies to emails submitted. Escalated to dispute on Paypal and found in my favour and payment refunded. Lesson learned, read reviews on a site before using them.
